SHIPMENT PROCESSING: We use our best efforts to ensure that all orders are shipped as soon as possible, with the latest being 2 business days after an order is placed. If an item is out of stock and cannot be shipped within the normal timeframe, we will contact you directly.
TRACKING: A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided as soon as an order is shipped.
SHIPPING METHODS: Items will be shipped via USPS using one of the methods listed below, at customer’s option. Prices for each will be provided at checkout. If you wish to have an order shipped using a method not listed below, feel free to contact us and we will be happy to try to accommodate your special request.
Domestic Shipping Methods:
-Standard Post – arrives within 5-8 business days
-Priority Mail – arrives within 2-3 business days (Note - this option will not appear if your order qualifies for free shipping over $120. Please contact us directly if you need expedited shipping. Additional charges will apply)
International Shipping Methods:
-Priority Mail International – arrives within 6-10 business days
-Express Mail International – arrives within 3-5 business days
-Global Express Guaranteed – arrives 1-3 business days
SHIPPING CHARGES: Shipping charges will be the customer’s responsibility. However, we are currently offering free shipping for all domestic orders over $120 via Parcel Post.
TIMEFRAME FOR RETURNS/CREDITS: (A) On full price items, returns are accepted within 30 days of customer’s receipt of the order and (B) on sale, discounted or marked down items, returns are accepted within 15 days of customer’s receipt of the order, in either case for a refund (via the original payment method), store credit or exchange, at customer's option. Returns on full price special order items are eligible for store credit or exchanges only, within 30 days of customer's receipt. Any special order items that are on sale, discounted or marked-down, or any items that are discounted more than 50% off their original price, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
WHAT CAN BE RETURNED: We will only accept returns on unused merchandise that is in the same condition as when it was received and with original packaging and tags (if applicable). If an item appears to have been used, we reserve the right not to accept the return.
RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES: We will pay the costs of shipping to the customer (in the domestic U.S. only) for the first exchange. Unfortunately, we cannot offer free shipping on exchanges outside the domestic U.S. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees to return items to us, unless we have made a mistake or the merchandise is damaged or defective upon receipt. We strongly recommend sending all packages via a shipping method that can be tracked as we cannot take responsibility for packages that do not make it to our delivery address. Original shipping costs paid by the customer are non-refundable. Initial shipping charges will be deducted from your refund if your initial order total becomes less than $120 due to the return (if the initial order received the benefit of free shipping for orders over $120).

**NOTE - SOME RETURNS REQUIRE A RETURN NUMBER AND GET SHIPPED TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS THAN LISTED ABOVE. PLEASE REFER TO THE RETURN INSTRUCTIONS THAT WERE INCLUDED WITH YOUR ORDER SHIPMENT TO CONFIRM WHETHER THIS IS REQUIRED.
WHAT TO INCLUDE IN RETURN PACKAGES: Please be sure to include a note in the return package including the following information -
1. Whether a refund, store credit or exchange is to be issued. If an exchange is to be issued, specify what the exchange will be;
2. Reason for the return; and
3. The best way to contact you in case we have any questions.
All packages must be shipped within an outer box – shoe boxes are not considered an outer box and must be in resalable condition. We reserve the right to deduct $10 from any refund/credit for any returned shoe boxes that cannot be reused.
PROCESSING: We will process all returns and exchanges within 10 business days of receipt. An email notification will be sent to the customer upon processing. Refunds will be credited according to the initial method of payment.
PRICE ADJUSTMENTS: On full price merchandise only, we will gladly honor a one-time price adjustment within seven (7) days of the ship date. Items not purchased at full price, including but not limited to items on sale, items purchased with a coupon, items purchased using a pre-paid voucher or gift card are not eligible for price adjustments.
